Sometimes a dell printers vanishes from the users list of network printers, but always comes back, usually after they choosingto print another printer first, ie HP. The connection to the Dell printer is fine and no XP user has reported any problems. The latest drivers have been installed and all network connections have been checked. The problem is really intermitant, and just annoying, using Windows 2003 Server, MS Exchange
