MS Vista Ultimate & HP5610 - Poor Photo Print Quality

Hi all,

New here and need help.

I'm currently running MS Vista Ultimate on my Acer desktop and an HP5610 is connected to it. I've installed the Vista driver published in HP's website and all are working fine except for one thing.

I can get a good quality photo print out from the cartridge #22 and #58 as recommended by HP for great photo printing.

My problem is that when start printing, the "Black" and "Blue" seems to be pixelated where as the other colors are fine.

I've troubleshoot the printing with my HP laptop running on XP Pro and the same picture came out exactly how I wanted it.

I've tried contacting HP for a patch but there is still no reply from them.

Do appreciate if someone here can help me.
