I got down to: C:\Temp\HP_WebRelease\util>Uninstall_L2.bat
Hit Enter and got: 'Uninstall_L2.bat' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

Hi 6919,

can you post a snapshot of the command prompt with the error so i can see what is wrong.

I use WinSnap - enable superior screenshots - NTWind Software to save the snapshot as a file you can then upload it to the Photoplog at http://www.vistaheads.com/forums/photoplog/ and then reference it in your post,

Can you get me another screenshot.

This time instead of typing Uninstall_L2.bat can you type "dir *.bat" whitout the quotes.

when you type "dir *.bat" do you see Uninstall_L2.bat in the list?
