WiFi and LAN

What setup would I need to have a Cable (internet) connection and WIFI connection active and working on my 4 computers at home at the same time?
I have Win 7 on one, and Vista on other 3.
2 are laptops with built in WIFI
2 are PCS with no WIFI connectability.
I need them to be on the same local network for a program, but i also need them on the WIFI that is connected to the internet.
Is there any other way than getting 2 wifi adapters for my PCs?
or is that my best bet?
