Computer not showing up in network list?
Alright, so my company has many computers (vista, 7, xp). And i am trying to set up a sharing folder From 1 of our XP computers. Every computer uses the same internet connection, but for some reason it wont show up in our network list. I can see all other computers except the one i need (isnt it always that way ^_^)
1. At first i thought it was the "workgroup" was named differently. Yes, the xp was indeed titled "MSHOME" i have since switched it over (all computers use "WORKGROUP" as the workgroup now). Still cant see it though.
2. I turned off its firewall and still cant see it.
3. On the XP desktop is a folder that i have right clicked and turned on file sharing there for that folder.
Help? No rush though, it would just makes things easier over here.
