IP address failure via ICS

My problem is (I think) related to IPv6. I've searched and couldn't find it, so forgive me if I've somehow missed it.

My Toshiba Laptop running Vista Home Edition. I connect to the internet via Verizon Novatel USB modem. I run my xbox 360 through my laptop with ICS via networking cable. Occasionally, I'll run my old Toshiba with XP through ICS on the New (Vista) Toshiba.

This was working fine until one dark night... I had been playing on xbox live, had to shut down the console, terminate my internet connection. Later, I couldn't connect (IP address failure). I've gone through Connection properties, Automatic IP assignment, resetting network adapter, etc. I've even tried entering the IP address manually on the xbox (the same one Vista says is connected) to no avail.

I've flushed dns via ipconfig, but I'm know enough to be dangerous. Here's what ipconfig /all shows:
