I'm attempting to install an external 250GB hard drive with firewire connections to my PC in order to backup my small business data. It's attached and powered up, but I can't locate the drive anywhere, or set it to receive a backup. Do you have any suggestions for me? This is my first post on this forum. Many thbaks for your assistance - I hope I can return the favor.
