Problem with .net framework 4 client profile

Hi all,

I have a problem with my computer, running with vista home, french version
After having a computer crash, it reboots and recovers files and works fine.
Unfortunately, since this time, I cannot update .net framework 4 client profile.
It gives the error 64A.
Searching on the web says to uninstall or repair net framework 4 client profile bit does not work.
I have the error

Final Result: Installation failed with error code: (0x8007064C), "The source installation is not availaible (French translation).

I tried to download and install framework .net 4 : it did not work
I tried to use microsoft Monitor fix it : it did not work

I anybody can help,
