RE: Windows updates won't install
Addendum to my first post:
After experiencing the problems mentioned in my first post, I went to
Windows Update where the three files mentioned in my first post appear.
However, each file is listed as 0KB and 0 minutes to download.
1) Could this be the reason I keep getting a yellow, diamond icon in my
systray (the three updates are repeatedly available) even after I repeatedly
tried to install the updates as mentioned in my first post?
2) If the answer to 1) is yes, how do I fix this problem?
Thanks again.
