Updates with zero value
Updates KB 975560 and KB 977014 are persistently wanting to be installed and
yet have zero kb. How do I tell it to go and not bother me anymore?

Re: Updates with zero value
Always state your full Windows version (e.g., WinXP SP3; WinXP 64-bit SP2;
Vista SP1; Vista 64-bit SP2; Win7; Win7 64-bit; Windows Mobile 6 Standard)
when posting in a forum or newsgroup. Please do so in your next reply.

Updates that are showing as 0 KBs means that they have previously been
downloaded by the system.

Have you attempted to manually download, *save*, and then install them ?

KB975560 can be obtained at the Microsoft Download Center:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/Search.aspx?

Installation instructions and KB977014 from the links in it's KB
article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/977014
