Silverlight

I have been unable to install a Silverlight update for several months. I
get error 643. I tried to uninstall Silverlight, but may have been
unsuccessful at that also. Why is silverlight so hard to install?

For you? No idea. Not enough information.

For me? Hasn't been.

For anyone else? No idea until they give some details about their system,
what they have tried, etc.
