Yes. You're a bit late for the free support from MSFT for XP users. ; )

And you have a fairly infrequently seen code.

The version of Windows you have installed does not match the update you are
trying to install.

Start | Run | (type) WINVER | [OK]

Write down the full, second line of text you see in the resulting window.
Now post that text in a reply to this post.
