Re: Cannot Start MS Office outlook after 3/11 updates
You should be posting this issue to public.outlook.general newsgroup.

Meanwhile can you open Outlook using the Safe switch
Start > Run > outlook.exe /resetnavpane

(notice the space between outlook.exe and /resetnavpane)

Re: Cannot Start MS Office outlook after 3/11 updates
Now post to the outlook newsgroup as I told you. Since Outlook opened with that
switch then you have a bad 3rd party Com Add In. They will help you to sort it out
in the public.outlook.general newsgroup or any outlook newsgroup as PA Bear posted
for you

Re: Cannot Start MS Office outlook after 3/11 updates
Well, he posted in an OE newsgroup (per Engel's reply) but I don't think
he's posted in an OL newsgroup yet:
