North American customers can also obtain instant access to unlimited
no-charge e-mail support or to unlimited individual chat support by
visiting the following Microsoft Web site:
http://support.microsoft.com/oas/def...spx?&prid=7552
For enterprise customers, support for security updates is available
through your usual support contacts. "
Contact MS about the installation issue with KB978474 as it is a
Security update and there is NO CHARGE assistance for this issue.
DO NOT mention the other update or they will attempt to charge you.
Both updates will install when MS troubleshoots the KB978474
installation issue. Do not worry about the extra copies of the updates
as that is a trivial matter at this point in time, Harriette.
