Won't Install KB978251

Hello,

Need help with installing KB978251. I'm using Win XP Pro SP3 and IE8
(8.0.6001.18702). The windows update constantly notifies that is a new update
is available, but when I ask it to install, it tries to for about min., and
comes back with a typical failed message window.
