Windows Media Player 9series
I download the aobe program and after the installation I get this error message
The Procedure entry Point GetUserID could not be located in the dynamic link
library KERNERL32.dll. Also I tried to remove from the Add/Remove Program
and it won't remove.

Re: Windows Media Player 9series
Well ... if the OP didn't make a typo and this is actual name of the
file, KERNERL32.dll, then said OP's system has malware resident.
Maybe "aobe" has a forum for this ?

If the issue is with Adobe Reader, try:
Adobe Reader Forum
http://forums.adobe.com/community/ad...s/adobe_reader

If it's Adobe Flash Player:
Flash Player Forum
http://forums.adobe.com/community/we...s/flash_player

If KERNERL32.dll is the correct spelling, then go to:
http://www.malwarebytes.org

Download the free version of Malwarebytes anti-malware by clicking the
Download - free version button. Save the download and then read this
tutorial:
http://www.techsupportteam.org/forum...ware-mbam.html
