Handler already exists error

When trying to load certain pages the status bar indicates DONE with errors.
When I look at the error it states handler already exists. ???? Help???

Don't go to the 'certain pages'...

Or explain in more detail what it is you are doing, what operating system
you are using, what service pack said operating system is at, what browser
(exact version) you are using and why you think this has something to do
with the Windows Update functionality of your system...
