Error Code: 0x80246007

I keep trying to download this security update and for some reason I keep
getting this error message. Is there a way to fix my problem?

When posting to this Newsg�oup at least provide us with details of the
operating system you are using including Service Pack level, and what is the
antivirus/security suite installed and is a 3rd party fiewall being used ??.
