Failed windows updates

My computer keeps trying to install the following updates but fails every time:

Security Update for Windows Vista KB968537
Security Update for Windows Vista KB961501
Security Update for Windows Vista KB970238
Update rollup for Activex Killbits for Windows Vista KB969898
Update for Windows mail junk email filter KB905866

I have microsoft windows version 6.0 (Build 6001: Service pack 1) and
Windows Vista home basic.

What should I do?

Error message when you try to use the Windows Update or Microsoft Update Web
sites to install updates: "0x800B0100" (which your post suggests you've
already consulted)

subsidiary. There is no-charge for support calls that are associated with
security updates. When you call, clearly state that your problem is related
to a Security Update and cite the update's KB number (e.g., KB968537).
