scrolling looks like a waterfall. HELP.

When I scroll, the page looks like a waterfall, which hurts my eyes.
How do I fix that?

E-maschines w3052 with windows xp service pack 3, just downloaded updates
from microsoft.

Download and install the latest update for your motherboard chipset and
video card from their respective manufacturer's support web pages (not
Microsoft - they did not make your motherboard or video card and my opinion
is that you should not get hardware drivers from those who did not create
the hardware.)
