Why am I being prompted to install 940157?

Why is the Windows Update service

prompting me with the option of installing the update to Windows Search 4.0
(940157) given that I don't have Search 4.0 installed on my PC?

WU is offering you the above. It is NOT an update to anything installed
on your system. If you post which edition of Windows you're running then
perhaps someone will inform you of how to Hide it so it's no longer offered.
