I need the above version of advapi32.dll for Windows XP SP3
Could anyone upload it somewhere that I can download it?!

Check-in at Windows Update...unless Security Update for Windows XP
(KB959454) is already listed in Add/Remove Programs (in which case you've
got a major hijackware problem on your hands).
