Outlook crashes

when I try to email pictures from Windows Explorer I get the resize window,
choose a size, and then nothing happens - my email does'nt open and I have to
reboot to get Outlook back.

If you are doing this in Vista (Windows Explorer ) and using Outlook 2007 then
unfortunately it is an known issue .

Works perfectly with XP and OL 2007 but not in the Vista environment

Annoying as it is a new wrinkle after a year+ of working smoothly so I
wondered if it was related to recent updates.
