Security Update for MS Office Excel 2003 (KB969681)

This (automatic) update downloaded successfully, but will not install. I
tried to install manually, but it didn't work either. Installation Failure
Error Code: 0x57A.
Initializing installation was done. Then I got a gray box titled: Automatic
Updates. Inside the box it says: The following updates were not installed:
Security Update for Microsoft Office Excel 2003 (KB969681)

I have a Sony Vaio Intel Core2 Duo CPU, Microsoft Windows XP Professional
Version 2002 Service Pack 3. Automatic Updates Every day.

I am using AVG free version, SuperAntiSpyware Professional version, however
they don't show any problems.
