Updates failed without Error Code

I believe the subject says it all.

If you would, please provide us with a list of things that you a�e done, so
that we don't recommend you try the same steps again.

Also,when posting to this Newsg�oup at least provide us with details of the
operating system you are using including Service Pack level, and what other
security software are you running, if any?.

Had updating ever worked ?
What is your operating system ?
Any service packs installed ? If yes, what are they ?

Except what operating system you have, what service pack level it is at,
what updates (specifically) won't install, what you have tried, what your
computer skill level is, etc...

I'll assume a few things - likely all wrong - but we'll only know if you

Go through everything applicable to your system.

I also suggest you use malwarebytes and superantispyware to make sure you
are cleaned up.

Windows Update, Review your Update History so that you can see the
update. What
is the Failure code. Double click the small red icon in the Status
column for the failed update.
