Windows Update fails to load

Windows update has failed to load on my computer for the last week. I am
running Vista 64 bit and just installed SP2 manually. Every time I try and
start update or go to the windows update website (which just launches the
updater on my system) the window comes up blank and freezes. The only way to
close it is to use task manger and force it to end task. I've scanned for
viruses and come up empty. Any suggestions or is there a place I can
re-install update?

Did this problem start before or after you installed SP2?
