Download recent updates manually?

I have a PC on my boat with a very slow mobile dial-up connection, which is
capped at 128MB per month! I would like to take a flash drive with the latest
updates (say in the last month).

Is there a way to download all the recent updates manually, but in one go?

Burn a CD and then copy to flash.
