I lost microsoft word off my contolr panel and I do not know how to get it back

As I have no knowledge of how you lost Word, I can only suggest a repair
install -

MS Word does not show in the Control Panel and never has. Maybe you want to rephrase
your post and question.
Also version of Word is Alpha 2010 (being sarcastic here )
