Error 80070103

I have optional up date " Realtek-Network-Realtek RTL8102/8103 Family PCI-E
FENIC' , when i try to up date I reveive Error 80070103 can't update.
My lap is new, few days ago i did up date for SP2 , since then i couldn't do
this up date.
Can someone help pls.?

The error's telling you either that you don't have the appropriate
software/hardware installed or that your currently-installed driver is newer
than the one Windows Update is offering.

Run Windows Update manually | Uncheck this driver update then "hide" it
("Don't show me this update again").

In the future, get available updates for your third-party software &
hardware from the computer or device manufacturer instead of Windows Update.
