Multi Language Pack

I just downloaded and installed Turkish Language Pack through Windows Update.
I have Vista Ultimate 64bit. After restarting my computer twice I still can
not see the Turkish Language Pack as an option in Display Language section
under Control Panel. If I select "�nstall/Uninstall Languages" option, the
installation box opens a dialog box asking for a folder (file location) info
which doesn't show any option where the MultiLangPack might be located.
How do I get the updated/installed language pack activated?
