RE: 5 Updates would not installed (with error codes)

hello i have tried all that was recommend to correct the error ox80070643,
but wanted to share something that i did. last year i notified mircosoft
support, to make a long strong short Mircosoft told me that they blocked my
2003 mirco word program they thought it was a (pirate verison ) beside i
wasn't having any problem using the program (just the updates) , mirco ask me
to verfiy the product key which i did . ha they told me after it wasnt a good
key uhm ,so i forgot abt it for a yr bt now its annoying when i shut the
computer down ( shut down without updates ) an that little shield comes up in
the task bar grrr p.s no i dont have the cd. thank you Has anyone else
experience this ..
