Defender Update KB915597, Definition 1.57.1556.0 Issue

I just wanted to note somewhere the problems I had with this particular
update. I generally perform updates as expected and have done done Windows
Defender updates with no problems in the past. On 5/19/09, I shut down with
the option to install updates - I believe there were four total, this one, IE
8 and a couple of network/wireless adapter updates. The results were all but
KB915597 listed as failed and I could no longer connect to my wireless
network, despite scanning the adapter, updating/rolling back drivers, etc.
After a system restore and removing the wireless adapter in Device Manager,
then letting it find it and updating the driver manually, it would work
again. This happened twice with this particular update. Just wanted to note
it somewhere for people to see.

I have an HP Pavilion dv7 64 bit, with Vista Home Premium.
