Not a cryptographic message or the cryptographic message is not formatted
correctly
Try registering the following:
Click Start, select Run and type (pressing enter after each one and wait for
the success message):
regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 mssip32.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
Reboot and try Windows Update site again.
