RE: Error number: 0x80070424

Steps 1 thru 4 WORKED FOR ME [This happened before to my Windows XP SP2]
Don't know why but; wuaueng.dll becomes "UN registered" sometimes and if you
follow Steps 1-4 it should fix your problem[now running Windows XP SP3]
