Unable to receive excel files from Vista to XP

I can receive e-mails from a Vista computer, however the excel attachments
don't come through. E-mails with Word attachments come through, and any
forwarded e-mails with attachments come through, including the ones I am
unable to receive originally.

Check your email filters. Try emailing from a different account.

The fact the machine is running Vista may/may not be relevant - after all -
you could use any email client and any antivirus combination you want for
any ISP email - the operating system is not likely to be the cause of your
inability to get an email - at least not with your minimal explanation.
