KB969376 installed properly. If it didn't, we might be able to help you
with that. However, since installing the Outlook 2003 Junk E-mail Filter
update caused your "spam filter" (whatever that may be) not to work, it's an
Outlook problem. As such, you should post about it in an OL-specific
newsgroup, Willem. I'll lead the way by crossposting this reply to OL
General and OL Third-party Utilities newsgroups.
If you're using a third-party anti-spam application, you may want to
disable/uninstall it & rely on OL's native Junk Mail filtering. If not,
decline any further Junk E-mail Filter updates and rely on your anti-spam
app.
