After updating machine goes into stby
After I ran windows update my computer goes into stby every time it sits idle
for a while. By that I mean that I move the mouse and the blue screen pops up
with my user name, I click on it and windows opens up again. I do not have
stby, sleep, or hibernation mode activated. Why is it doing this?

XP home sp 3 alienware area 51 mobile desktop.
