Can't Install XP SP3 in Bootcamp

I have installed XP SP2 on my iMaac in Bootcamp but can't install SP3. I
keep getting an error saying insufficient space in
C://Windows\$ntservicepackUninstall$ and requires another 4MB space to
install. Kind of silly as there is 98GB free on the partition.

Would love any assistance in trying to fix this.

It's because you have not kept your OS X/BootCamp up to date.
( Yes - you should keep it up to date as well as your Windows machines.
