80070103 on nVidia nForce Ethernet Networking Controller

I just can't take it anymore with this error. help...?

Go to device manager select network adapters right click on sub and update
driver choose select from list and choose older driver. after in installs it
go back to win update and try again. it should succeed to update to the new
driver.

This guy's suggestion worked for me. I rolled back my onboard ethernet
driver, and, after about 100 attempts in two days, went to Windows
update and, , SUCCESS! Many thanks to this guy.
I had been a bit nervous to play around with my already volatile
Network adapter, but I now have an updated Windows driver. Brill.
