On which OS?
FWIW in XP, where I have installed Live Essentials,
I think that I would probably try using Add/Remove Programs
Change/Remove button and see what it would do.
E.g. it provides an option to repair your existing packages.
If it doesn't also provide an option to reconfigure them,
I could at least uninstall what I have and then reinstall
because I know that I was given the option of changing
the set of programs to be installed then. I don't particularly
want to do this experiment myself right now to check
which is in fact the actual case. FYI a simple way to start
Add/Remove Programs is to Run... (e.g. press Win-R
and enter

control.exe appwiz.cpl
BTW you would get more informed help by posting in a newsgroup
which specializes in Live products or from Live Support itself.
E.g. use the Help menu in your Live product.
Good luck
