WindowsUpdate_800B0100 Windows Mail Junk Filter (KB905866

I have tried installing this update for about 3 weeks now. Tried a number of
things listed before for WindowsUpdate_800B0100 but none works, I am signed
on as an administrator. Wondered if the previous items where for specific
updates and not for this one. machine is only 3 months old, all software
updated as per updates which seem more than the other Vista machine I have.
Can any one help
