Try a web search?...

WU_E_UH_INSTALLERHUNG
An operation could not be completed because the installer exceeded the time limit.

Sounds like it could be a variation on one of the various connectivity
issues that WU has. What is the context of the code in WindowsUpdate.log?
What phase was the update in? E.g. was download complete?
If so, there would be better clues in the update's install log.
Do we know your OS?... No. Undisclosed. So for example,
we can't tell you what other common diagnostics you could look for,
such as, for example, Vista's CBS.log. In any case, if you can't find
sufficient clues from all the changed files produced by the update attempt
you could supplement whatever you do find (and perhaps find more)
by running ProcMon concurrently with another install attempt.
