Can't install Windows updates Excel KB959995 & Outlook KB962870

Hello:

I'm running Windows XP, Version 5.1, Service Pack 3.

I can't seem to update the following Windows updates.
- Excel 2003: KB959995
- Outlook 2003: KB962870

Seeing that dumb little yellow shield is driving me nuts. Any suggestions?

When you try to update - what errors do you get?
Do you have your Office 2003 installation media in the drive at the time of
the update?
