KB928366 Error Code:0x643

I tried to update "Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.1
Service Pack 1 (KB928366)" on my Windows XP computer and received the error
code: 0x643.

Can someone tell me how to fix this?!

You have 2 options:

1) See: When you try to install an update for the .NET Framework 1.0,
1.1, 2.0, 3.0, or 3.5, you may receive Windows Update error code "0x643"
or Windows Installer error code "1603"
