when installing KB961373 here.

*no-charge* support for getting this Security update installed -
1) Which edition of Windows and what Service Pack level is the system
now at ?
If the Windows firewall was being used, there's no need to disable it to
get this update installed.
2) *** What is the installed antivirus/security suite and which 3rd
party firewall was disabled ? ***
