Has anyone had a problem with the above update , it is refusing to install
onto my laptop , I have disabled the firewall and sill the same .. any help
will be apreciated thanks

Can't speak for everyone but no, no installation issues have occurred
when installing KB961373 here.
Either provide the answers to the following questions or contact MS for
*no-charge* support for getting this Security update installed -

1) Which edition of Windows and what Service Pack level is the system
now at ?

If the Windows firewall was being used, there's no need to disable it to
get this update installed.

2) *** What is the installed antivirus/security suite and which 3rd
party firewall was disabled ? ***
