I went there. Ran everything that I could - and it all passed. I wasn't
able to ask a question. (Is there a requirement that you fill out a
personality questionaire before a question is answered? I want
software/hardware people not psychologists.) And when I went back through
update - it failed to install again. Perhaps I have an unlivable mixture of
MS products on the laptop. <shrugs unknowingly>
