Update failure "Insert Microsoft word 2002 cd"

When I do an automatic update it tells me to insert a "Microsoft word
2002 CD." I don't have this CD - Is there anything I can do?

Download the FullFile version of the update from Microsoft Update Catalog
and install it manually.
