Office Update Error

Getting a message that an Office XP update failed to install on a machine
that has Office 2007 installed

That'd be a big help. Also tell us the full Windows version involved here
(e.g., WinXP SP3; Vista SP1).

I think PA Bear wanted to know the KB for the Office updated (although the OS
version helps in some cases).

Yes he also wanted the os level. I will get te KB when the user sees the
error again
