Update (KB 951847) x 86

I downloaded Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Frame work
3.5 Family Update { KB 951847} x 86 but I cannot install it I am running Win
XP SP 3. Can anybody help with this?
J would like to receive an anwser in German or French language

1. Before doing anything else, write down the .NET Framework versions which
are already installed:

How to determine which versions of the .NET Framework are installed and
whether service packs have been applied

2. Now see Resolution Method 2 in http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923100
(ignore the title). After running the appropriate/needed tool, (re)install
all .NET Framework versions manually using the download links on the page.

fonctionnement de l'approprié/a eu besoin d'outil, (au sujet de) installent
toutes les versions de cadre de .NET manuellement utilisant les liens de
téléchargement sur la page.

Betrieb das passende/, benötigte Werkzeug, (bezüglich) anbringen alle .NET
Rahmenversionen manuell unter Verwendung der Downloadverbindungen auf die
Seite.
