Cannot Install Update KB 951847

I downloaded Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 and .NET Frame work
3.5 Family Update { KB 951847} x 86 but I cannot install it I am running Win
XP Pro SP 3 Can anybody help with this?

Do you see any other threads in this newsgroup about your problem?
